1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@everenth.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.


2. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free of charge. We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request has been approved.


3. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the returned item.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@everenth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items not in their original packaging

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
