Where We Ship

Everenth currently ships to the United States only.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

From the date of purchase, you can expect to receive your order within 3–9 business days in total (processing + shipping).


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.


Delays & Issues

If your order has not arrived within 9 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@everenth.com and we will investigate promptly.

Everenth is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us at support@everenth.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to resolve it.
